The quality of our products are guaranteed. All items are inspected before leaving the distribution center. In the event that something happens during transit, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return, but we must be advised as soon as you receive your merchandise. Just phone us, and our customer service staff will work with you to arrange return/replacement. Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit.
We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, some limitations apply. However, you may have your order shipped to a domestic freight forwarder of your choosing for shipment overseas. We use Fed Ex ground service to ship most products, though items that are too large are shipped via an LTL carrier. In most cases, these specialized carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a convenient delivery time during regular business hours. Exact cost and shipping dates will vary per order and will be confirmed via email confirmation note.

No refunds or charge backs will be provided only store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from time of purchase. An item may be exchanged if returned in excellent condition within seven days of purchase date. Circle Art @ Home will not be responsible for return shipping fees. All Sale items are Final no returns, refunds or exchanges. Floor Models are sold in AS IS condition no refunds, returns or exchanges. All special orders are none refundable and none transferable. Special Order items are tailored for specific clients and projects, which are considered custom items. Any changes or modifications will be considered a new purchase.
