If your order requires a delivery fee it will be clearly disclosed at the time of order.
Freight Carriers are required to remove your order from their vehicle but are NOT required to move the merchandise or packaging any distance from their vehicle unless you specifically request a White Glove Delivery.
Once your order has shipped the Freight Carrier will contact you via telephone in order to schedule a delivery appointment.
White Glove Delivery service is only available within the continental U.S.and will be quoted via phone if desired. Unfortunately, White Glove Delivery service may not be available in some areas of the country.
If you do not wish to pay more for a White Glove Delivery, it would be prudent to have some assistance available when you receive your order to assist in bringing your merchandise inside. All shipped merchandise will be packed in cardboard boxes and strapped to a 42” x 42” wood pallet
Note: In-stock orders ship from our warehouse in Miami and typically arrive anywhere in the continental U.S. within 7-10 business days. Local deliverers deliveries are made Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Please be aware that drop ship products (those items that ship directly from our vendors) can take longer; delivery times for these items are noted in their product descriptions. . At this time we are unable to ship to other international locations but are happy to work with you to ship to your own freight forwarder.
Damage Merchandise Protocol:
Although damage is exceptionally rare, it is very important that you inspect the overall condition of your packages before signing for the shipment. If any of the packages appears torn, damaged, crushed or you are concerned about the condition of any item, you should open the affected carton(s) and inspect for damage. Refuse any damaged products; accept the remainder of the order. If the entire order is damaged, refuse the shipment and write DAMAGED - REFUSED on the delivery receipt. Call Circle Art at Home immediately at 305.531.1859 and report the incident. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Merchandise purchased from Circle Art At Home may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 305.531.1859 returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items, special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery.

Circle Art At Home is located in Sunny Miami Beach Florida. We will not charge sales tax on orders shipped within the United States. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. Florida residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
